ADHD Support

As a multicultural team led by husband and wife owner-clinicians, Damien and Sarah, we bring a diverse range of experiences, skill sets, and specialties to the table.

We don’t do cookie cutter. Because your treatment goals are unique— like you.

Our team of talented, highly-qualified counselors meets you where you are to create a customized plan of action to get you to the other side, where you want to be.

And although our clients often stay with us for a long time, we’re passionate about arming you with the tools you need and showing you how to use them independently, to heal, grow, and succeed.

We see you. We hear you. We are you.

You're not broken. You're human. And you don't have to stay stuck where you are.

If you're working twice as hard as everyone else just to keep up, you've tried everything and nothing has stuck, or you're holding it together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside, we understand. Seriously. We don't say that lightly.

We lead with empathy and passion for our fellow humans — in everything we do here at ATX Mental Health.

Our expertise comes from a real combination of clinical training, years of hands-on experience, and our own personal stories with grief, trauma, loss, and the kind of life challenges that don't resolve neatly. We know what it feels like to need help and not know where to start. That's part of why we built this practice the way we did — and why we take every person who walks through our doors seriously.

Therapy is not a one-size fits all experience.

And you shouldn’t be another checkbox on your therapist’s to-do list. We’re here for you, every step of the way.

So you’ve done the whole therapy dance before.

And you might be wondering how things will be different this time. We understand. Here’s how we do things, the ATX mental health way:

A white icon with a green background of two hands shaking

Our approach is warm and professional. We stay engaged and dialed-in.

We bring our real selves to each session (some days we’ll be in our Nikes or sweats) so that you can give yourself permission to do the same.

A white icon with a green background - a person with lines flowing away from their head

We work from both our technical know-how and our instinct and story. We know firsthand that head and heart matter to your growth. Sometimes, you need both.

We relish the process, but we take your results seriously. You came to us for change and we are dedicated to that goal.

We share, live, and act on our values everyday to help you gain confidence and get perspective. They’re not just empty words on a page.

We are sensitive to your needs and challenge you in a healthy way along your journey.

So here’s how we can work together —

Serving Round Rock, Hutto, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and the greater Austin area — and via telehealth, anywhere in Texas.

Not sure where to start? That's exactly what the first conversation is for.

We are In-network with BCBS, United/Optum & Aetna

Other insurances can be billed using Out-of-network benefits.
Out-of-pocket rates range from $100–225 depending on the therapist and service and are billed at the time of service.

Not quite ready for one-on-one support?

That’s OK. We care deeply about your healing and want you to have choices. Head to our resources page to learn about how you can create change in your life no matter where you are in your journey. We’ll be here when you’re ready.

Because you deserve to find peace again, and always.
