About Olivia

I’m the middle sibling between two brothers in a family that grew up in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. I’ve been fortunate to travel around the world with my family and through my academic studies, seeking adventure and learning about different cultures. One of my core values is staying curious about the world—honoring the differences among us and recognizing the inherent worth in everyone. I count it as an honor to know someone’s story and to support them in creating meaningful change in their lives.

As the middle child, I learned to be competitive, speak up for myself, and not take offense easily. I also played several sports growing up and was part of a lacrosse team that won a State Championship. Athletics helped shape my ability to stay committed to something challenging, even when it’s uncomfortable—something I now bring into my work with clients.

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and individualized. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all in therapy, and I strive to work alongside each client to find what truly works for them. At the same time, I gently challenge clients to step outside of their comfort zones in ways that support growth and lasting change. I’m not just here to treat problems—I want to get to know you as a whole person.

Sessions with me are relaxed, open to humor, and grounded in authenticity, while still focused on helping you reach your goals. I work with individuals navigating life stressors, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Together, we focus on building emotional, cognitive, and physiological regulation, as well as setting realistic, attainable goals that promote long-term growth and improved functioning. I believe we are all capable of change, and I’m here to help you move toward the life you want.

I began my academic journey at the University of Georgia but transferred during the COVID-19 pandemic—an experience that challenged me in new ways and gave me deeper insight into navigating change and uncertainty. I learned firsthand how to build connections in unfamiliar environments and push myself toward the relationships and life I wanted.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, I continued my studies at Columbia University in New York City, where I was exposed to a wide range of cultures, perspectives, and lived experiences. My training, combined with my personal experiences, allows me to approach therapy with both curiosity and intention. I remain mindful of how culture, identity, and environment impact mental health– your uniqueness is an asset, not a weakness.

I have made intentional choices throughout my life to support my own growth, and I aim to empower my clients to do the same. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, I’m here to support you in building confidence, navigating change, and creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. I’m ready to help you face your important life transitions and build up your confidence for whatever comes next!

Olivia, the human

I love spending time with friends, visiting new places, and binge-watching TV in my free time, especially crime dramas like Law & Order. I’m currently dreaming about a trip to Southeast Asia and in 2026, I can’t get enough of my new 35mm film photography hobby. What’s your favorite show to binge-watch? Tell me in our next session!
